If you suspect anyone of showing sympoms of the 'Necro- Mortosis' Virus, the Government has released the following anonymous tip line.

Unsubstantiated reports are continuing to come in from an unidentified blogger within Beijing, claiming that The People’s Republic of China is “pursuing biological/genetic research on the Necro-Mortosis virus to deem whether or not it is possible to create and modify an alternative airborne pathogen for military purposes and the protection of its country’s vital assets and people”
The main source of information stems from an anonymous insider within the Chinese power structure, who's identity is simply :'Conner'. However, many leaks previously attributed to him/her have since been confirmed as accurate.
It is known that the virus (Necro-Mortosis) is currently non-airborne, however, biologists working at England's Cambridge University have stated that: “although the virus is only able to be transmitted to a host via direct fluidic contact, the ability for the virus to reproduce in the air is possible if one considers the possibility that Necro-Mortosis may be able to survive in aerosol cans. *
This sounds like something out of an old Cold War novel but the threat of Necro-Mortosis being mutated in order to be used as a biological pathogen for warfare is rising. It is with this in mind that the latest accusations are being treated with a greater sense of credibility. So much so, that it has caught the attention of many international watchdog committees and even the United Nations.
The United States Department of Defense and the Center for Disease Control have had no official statement on the matter, and the Chinese Government is currently denying all accusations of artificially altering and enhancing Necro-Mortosis for weaponization and other military purposes. Since there is currently no available vaccine for Necro-Mortosis, a planned biological attack would be devastating. Consideration that a mutation might lead to a much higher rate of infectivity (as the biologists working at Cambridge University have stated).
However the chances are highly unlikely, and president Obama’s recent $5 billion grant for finding a cure for Necro-Mortosis (and other serious neurological and genetic diseases) may help develop and deploy a vaccine before any unstable countries or terrorist organizations are able to create an effective weapon from it.
There have been previous claims of weaponization of the virus by other countries and regimes. However, only North Korea was officially targeted for world wide condemnation following revelations of their own, albeit cruder, approach to using the virus for military goals.
* ZWN Science Editor Dr. Nancy Chan commented that "actually, it is theoretically plausible that the virus could be contained with an aerosol can. The sugars and proteins which reduce the tension between the air and the water causing the virus to become airborne because the surface tension of the droplets where they form is at its weakest point [if it underwent a natural or artificial mutation, or errors, in the DNA (Deoxyribonucleic acid) or RNA (Ribonucleic acid) of a cell], which change the protein structures of said (Necro-Mortosis) cell, and could theoretically allow for the virus to attach to and replicate among airborne droplets as well as attain a higher rate of lethality”.
