The brutal April 1st. attack was captured on video by several shocked tourists. Horrified bystanders fled in terror as the gruesome scene unfolded. Several people were savaged in the reanimate attack.
Questions arose in Australia's Parliament as to the source of the outbreak. Australia has enjoyed a prolonged period without any zombie related incidents for almost a year now. The last recorded attack being in July 2012 when 92 year old Joyce Redditch fended off a well publicized zombie attack.
Martini had entered a Melbourne hospital on March 31st. complaining of a fever and sever aches and pains. However, the emergency room was particularly busy that evening and she decided to leave with the intent of returning the following morning.
The other reanimates have yet to be identified.
An official inquiry has been set up to determine why Martini's symptoms were not recognized and she was was not admitted to the hospitals necro-mortosis ward for quarantine and isolation.
